RegistrationThe congress organiser will confirm all registrations in writing only once full payment has been received.
The registration fees are payable in South African Rands and will include:
- Admission to all scientific sessions for the duration of the congress including morning and afternoon trade symposia
- Congress bag
- Programme, abstract book and other congress material
- Luncheons and teas
- Admission to the welcome cocktail function and congress dinner
- The accompanying delegates fee of R450.00 includes admission to the social events but not to the scientific sessions

You will receive confirmation of registration within 72 hours of submitting your registration form and proof of payment.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Notice of cancellation must be given in writing.
An administration fee of R400.00 will be charged for cancel registrations received prior to 7 July 2017.
All cancellations received after 7 July 2017 will not be eligible for any refund and will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
